Winzo - Suffering continuous loss on winzo due to fraudulent activities by the app

I have been suffering daily and im writing to file a formal complaint against the mobile gaming platform WinZO, on which I have suffered a loss of ₹**,*** and mental distress due to misleading and unfair gameplay, particularly in a game called “World War.”

Though WinZO claims to be a skill-based platform, this game allows players to enter even when only **–** seconds are left, making it impossible to play. It then declares results based on average scores, not performance, which turns it into a gambling-like system.

On many occasions, the app even auto-selects the opposite team, despite me choosing the correct one — which shows technical manipulation. The rules are vague, and users are misled.

I request you to kindly take action by investigating this platform and initiating appropriate legal steps. I also seek compensation for my loss and mental stress.
