After so so so so many reminders no responses from Matchon side. I was playing well till Nov ****, only issue was the payment and winning amount hasn't deposited in my verified accountand suddenly they guys put my Matchon account under verification process and I submitted my documents again and even after * months my account is still under verification. I have more than Rs****/- winnings in my matchon wallet but cannot withdraw because they put my account under verification.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
