** days ordeal started on */**/****. Videocon DTH recharge paid through Google pay using scan code available on account. It never got applied to account even after raising this issue with customer care. To keep services running recharged through credit card on */**/****. This recharge got applied instantly.
Numerous calls and emails with proof only yielded fake promises and resolutions. Some seniors even went to the extent of getting the refund applied on as many as three different occasions but turned out to be hoax. Calls to customer service are being disconnected abruptly mid conversation making me suffer the pain of going through the grievance recalling process all over again. No quality procedure followed to reason out why a recharge through the scan code they provided ends up with customer suffering due to their lethargic attitude. Bank alert as well as google pay alert provided as proof but they continue to remain in denial. Fed up with pathetic customer service, trying your platform to add strength to my grievance resolution chances.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
