Healthking In - Substandard product

I purchased a magnetic posture belt from Healthking.in website on ** July ****, for Rs. ****, my order number is *****HK, the belt was promised to be better and very expensive than other websites, once delivered to me I found the magnet was not working and the quality was very cheaper than other belt ordered by my friend from other website. I wrote to them and asked them to take the product back and refund my amount, but unfortunately they are not ready and nor responding properly to my request. Out of my concern my family checked the website for due diligence and found to have No contact person, No telephone number and No address with no company email
I think the website is fake made on Shopify.com and I want you to please take action against the website so that other consumers don’t get cheated as I have been thru
