My name is Dharmender Puri and I have taken a new Royalenfield Classic *** on * june **** from Solitaire Automotive, Noida. I am forced to write this mail as I think I have made a big mistake by taking such a reputable bike. The bike alloy wheels broke on **/**/**** while I was driving in UP. Without any accident the alloy wheels broke and the insurance company is saying that they will not cover it as there is no accident. I am a middle class person having limited income and I am being harassed by Dealer and insurance company both but also surprised to see such a reputed company providing substandard parts in a world class bike.
