I paid to Reliance Jio an amount of ₹**** as Annual subscription starting Jan** for Jio GigaFiber subcriptionnumber under number **********.. Due to shifting of my residence from Aniket Society, Bibwewadi road, Pune ****** to Narhe Ambegaon where this service is not available I requested the company to refund my deposit of ₹**** and the subscribed amount of ₹**** and close the account. However I was told by their office that only deposit amount if ₹**** can be refunded but subscription can not be. My thinking is they can deduct the amount if one month subscription and refund me balance ** months payment but they don't want.
