Voot com - Subscription not cancelled or plan not changed

I had subscribed for voot for trial period. And I did not lime the app. Because of some issues, I could not cancel within ** days of their trial period. I sent email * days late and I mentioned my concern to remove my subscription. But they denied and charged whooping ***rs for one year. And I even asked to charge only for */* days where there was delay in cancel and the most one month charges like **rs. But they denied and said they will not do that. And they charged ***rs for that. Please look into this.
