Hi Team,
I have an account in Story TV with ID# ******** with mobile number **********. I have cancelled the subscription on **st January ****. However I have been charged for subscription amount *** post cancellation. Post this I have cancelled the plan multiple times but the plan is not getting cancelled. Please help in the cancellation of the plan and refund the amount ***.
