KENKO HEALTHCARE - SUBSCRIPTION NO LONGER WORKING WITH KENKO

I have taken Kenko Care plan for ** months which includes OPD ( doctor consultation and SOHO products). I am trying to place SOHO orders since last ** days but I am not able to do the same. I am getting error. I have escalated the same to grievance department of KENKO healthcare but didn't get any response. I have attached the mail thread for response. I tried calling on helpline number multiple times but didn't get any response for almost an hour.
