Byju s IIFL - Subscription cancelled in Nov 2022 But not received Noc Till date

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the unresolved issue with my Byju subscription for the Rohan Kumar Class * course. I find it necessary to communicate this matter with a sense of urgency and formality, given the gravity of the situation and the extended duration of this predicament.

In November ****, due to severe financial constraints, I was compelled to submit a formal request for the cancellation of my Byju subscription. At that time, the Byju team assured me that a No Objection Certificate (NOC) would be issued and dispatched to me within one month to formalize the cancellation. All of these communications are on recorded calls and mails. Regrettably, more than a year has passed since that assurance, and I have yet to receive the promised NOC.

The protracted delay in providing the NOC has had far-reaching and deleterious consequences on both my personal and professional life. Firstly, this delay has severely impacted my cibil score and credit ratings, rendering me ineligible for essential financial assistance that is crucial for the survival and growth of my business for one year now. The resultant financial strain has caused significant disruptions in my business operations, leading to substantial financial losses that I am struggling to recover from.

Over the past month, I have made concerted efforts to seek a resolution to this pressing issue by contacting the Byju team on a regular basis. Unfortunately, these efforts have yielded no substantive response or progress towards resolving the matter. This situation has left me with no recourse but to contemplate involving legal channels to address this grievance, a step I am eager to avoid.
