Vivahcenter com - Subscribe to there service but not given access to the paid services

I have been contacted by vivahcenter's employee, for my brother matrimony purpose. They said after subscription we will be provided with services and more proposals. But even after paying for there subscription they are not providing any service and also the employee who has contacted me not picking up the call.
