Subject: Withdrawal Stuck on “Already Dunned” Status – ₹*** Not Received
Dear Team,
I am a user of the Teen Patti Dhan app. On September *th, **** at **:** AM, I requested a withdrawal of ₹*** to my bank account (A/C: ************, IFSC: IPOS*******). The Order ID is *************************.
It has been more than three days, but the withdrawal status still shows “Already Dunned” and “Processing.” However, the funds have not reached my bank account. This delay is causing me significant inconvenience and concern.
Kindly process my withdrawal at the earliest or refund my money. Please also provide a permanent resolution to this issue.
I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
If this matter is not resolved quickly, I will be compelled to file complaints with consumer forums and the relevant cyber authorities.
