I am writing to formally request a refund for my order of Red Tape shoes (Order ID: [EX_******]). This was a Cash on Delivery (COD) order.
I had initiated an exchange for this item, but I did not accept the replacement item during the exchange delivery attempt. Since I no longer wish to proceed with the exchange, I would like to request a full refund for the original product which has already been returned/picked up.
