This is not just a complaint. This is me calling out your salon’s complete failure and utter lack of professionalism.
I visited this salon at:
Shop **, Shopping Building, New DP Road
Opp. D-Mart, Next to Just Casuals,
Ward No. *, Aundh Gaon, Aundh, Pune – ******
And what did I get? A complete disaster. Twice.
What Happened:
On **/**/****, I came in for a simple layer cut — I even showed a clear photo reference. Your so-called “stylist” cut two straight lines into my hair like it was cardboard. I told them immediately it was wrong, and their attempt to "fix it" made it worse.
Still, I gave you one more chance. I came again on **/**/**** hoping for a correction. Big mistake. Now my hair looks like it was attacked with a blunt knife. It’s uneven, rough, and disgustingly short. What the hell kind of training do your people have?
I am now stuck tying my hair in a bun because it’s too ugly to leave open. You’ve ruined my look and my confidence. I feel embarrassed every time I look in the mirror. And for what?
This Gets Worse:
• I already paid ***, and yet you forced me to pay *** more when YOU messed up my hair? Telling me something about a “salary cut”? That’s not my problem — it’s your responsibility.
• I asked for the owner’s number — they said they’re "out of Pune" and refused to share contact details.
• I messaged Instagram page, and of course, no one bothered to reply. Typical.
• Your staff refused to let me speak to a manager and acted like they didn’t care.
• One of your staff members even had the audacity to stare at me rudely like I was the problem. Disgusting behavior.
Let me ask you — is this a real salon or just a scam? Are you even qualified to run a place under the name “Javed Habib”? Because right now, it feels like a bunch of amateurs playing with people’s hair for practice.
I Demand the Following — IMMEDIATELY:
*. A FULL REFUND of ***
*. A proper fix by an actual, trained professional, or a written referral to another reputed salon — at your cost
*. A written apology and assurance that this won’t happen to another customer
If I don’t get a proper reply within * working days, I will:
• Expose this publicly — Google, Instagram, WhatsApp groups, and more
• File a formal complaint with consumer authorities
• Share my experience across local review forums and with anyone considering stepping into your salon
Fix this, or I will make sure no one I know ever walks into your place again.
