Subhani Xerox Situated In Gulbarga University Campus Making Fake Payment Slip

Respected Sir,
I sandeep chauhan am serving in Indian Air Force posted in Bidar.I have completed my B.Ed from Jasmine College of Education Bidar in **** affiliated to the gulbarga university. my Reg no. is *******.

I have applied for these certificates with payment slip provided by the SUBHANI XEROX Situated in the campus of Gulbarga university on **Sep** :

*. Name change in marks card For Rs.***
*. Migration certificate for Rs.****
*. Convocation certificate for Rs.****
*. Date of result publication certificate for Rs.****

But I have got only Name change and Migration certificate. While I have applied two times for the convocation certificate and date of result publication certification with the fee slip provided by the SUBHANI XEROX. But at last on ** Feb ** Kalaburagi university computer centre told me that the fee for the both certificate are fake. Means SUBHANI XEROS owner is made only two payment(****+***=Rs.****) and give other two(****+****=Rs.****) fake payment slip (made by pdf editor ).While I have paid Rs. **** (Rs.**** for certificate fee +Rs.*** for payment charge).

I have the bank statement of drawing Rs.**** from SBI Gulbarga university Kalaburagi Branch on ** Sep **.while I had Rs.**** in my wallet. I paid Rs.**** my hard earning to the SUBHANI XEROX CONTACT NO is **********.

I have applied two times for the same on ** Sep ** evaluation inward register no is **** and **** and again on ** Dec **.First time I think my application form is missed by university so I have apllied second time on ** Dec **.
I visited kalaburagi *-* times regards the same. while on visit expenditure is around Rs.***-***.
The xerox owner is making money by fraud. Please take action against him. Now he is denying that he filled my fee online. Sir you can check in your record my name change fee or migration certificate fee is filled from his account.
Bidar is much far away from Gulbarga and I have to perform my duty therefore I can not visit the university daily. Please investigate the matter and when required inform me . It is not possible for me go there and quarrel with him. This is the my last hope to resolve the matter. Otherwise my hard earning will be lost.

Please look into the matter and take appropriate action .
