Lahenga from meesho - Sub Order ID 1 garbage

I have ordered Lahenga from ur app Sub Order ID ************_*

I got garbage * fati saree in the parcel.

First i initiated to exchange the right product, pick denied
Second time i wanted to return and refund , ur customer service called me and told cancel return req and cm care will take complaint on this
I again initiated return , return denied by pickup boy stating quality check product showing in picture
Got Called again and again all customer service person telling they can't help and this garbage will not return.

No one is taking complaint

I have video for unboxing this product where this is clear that garbage saree in package instead of Lahnga

If this will happen to every customer god knows when your company loss mass customer base
I have video hence I will approach , consumer court and also will file a criminal fraud case my brother is a lawyer.

Would request you to return ur garbage saree and don't test customer limit
