Respected Sir,

With reference to above, I Prasanta Kumar Mukhopadhyay, a Jobless man, visited Dey Placement Consultancy, **, Battala By Lane-* (Gopal Bhavan), Hindmotor, Hooghly, Pin-******, MB No. **********, **********, ********** for seeking a job for me and paid registration charges of Rs. ****/-(Rupees One thousand five hundred) onlyvide Receipts no. *** dt.**.**.****). After that they called me and wanted more money for providing me a better job into the multinational company of Nestle India Ltd at Rajarhut, Newtown, Kolkata. On the promises & assurances of Mr Anindya Dey again I paid Rs. **,***/-(Rupees Thirty Eight Thousand) only on different dates during the Financial Year ****-**** but he gave me a receipts of Rs. **,***/-only. But till date they could not provide me any job in Nestle India Ltd nor they refunded my money.

I repeatedly contacted Mr. Anindya Dey over phone for refunding my money but he refunded Rs.*,***/-only in October **** this year. Thereafter he has resorted to giving me vague assurances all the time.
I have been fed up with him and now I realise that he is cheating me.
So, I request you to take necessary action at your end to enable me to get back my money.
