Magnet Marketing - Study material not provided

I subscribed for the Tally Erp* Course on **/**/**** from Magnet marketing which is headed by Viral Jadhav. As per the commitment from them, it was promised that after making the payment of Rs *,*** (Fee amount) they will send the serial Key Number within ** hours through which I can open the study material files.
But, it's been more than a day and I haven't received any mail regarding the same. I have also written to them about the issue on all there mail ID's but unfortunately, haven't received any response. Thus I am forced to take this action against them. Please look into this matter.
