Zudio mumbai - Struck in a lift

Me n my Daughter was stuck in the lift for more than * hr in the Zudio Kastur Park Branch ...it was very suffocating...my daughter started crying...we got breathless...the staff tried a lot but the team who was suppose to repair the lift wasn't there...no electricity in the lift...they were not able to even make the electrition available...& They said this incident happened before also...then why wasn't the lift repaired..why they dint inform their customers...that was really a nightmare.....my daughter kept yelling...this is very disappointing...just imagine the situation with no oxygen inside
