Chaayos - Strong Complaint Regarding Misleading Service and Overcharging at Chaayos Park Square Whitefield Ban

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to your outlet and feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.Firstly, when I placed my order, I was told that the chai machine was not working. Later, I was again informed that it would take even more time to get the tea. Such miscommunication and lack of clarity are highly unprofessional and caused unnecessary inconvenience.On top of that, I was charged ₹** for a pickle that costs only ₹*.*. This is blatant overcharging, and I felt completely cheated as a customer.This combination of misleading communication about service and unfair billing is unacceptable.

Chaayos is supposed to represent trust and quality, but this experience has left me completely frustrated and disappointed. I demand an immediate explanation for this conduct and corrective action against such practices.
The delivery person was not having any guilty and keep on telling me that may be this pickle is *.* Rs but chaayos company told us to charge ** Rs for extra pickle. We always do the same for all the customers.
