Google - Storage purchased was not provided despite Google recieving payment

I had to urgently recieved and respond to an email. But since my storage was full I wasn't recieving any email. Google asked me to purchase additional storage. I paid and upgraded to ***gb plan. Despite payment being confirmed and my Google one account reflecting *** gb, my account storage was limited to **gb.

I reached out to their support, sent emails and also tried reaching out to the social media team but was selectively ignored despite seeing them respond to other queries in a matter of minutes. My multiple shoutouts were ignored.

As a result for many days I couldn't read my latest email and couldn't respond to an offer which had a hard deadline.

I need Google to answer why they ignored my shoutouts and also why was my payment and subscription not honored. And Google should take responsibility for my hardships.
