Storagians Selfstorage Facility Bengaluru - Storage Facility Lost Luggage Television

I had stored my luggage during covid lockdown with Storagian Storage Facility. On recalling of partial luggage, they informed me that they have misplaced my television and will reimburse the amount (not mentioned by them). They also asked for the original bill for the TV, which I provided. Post that they mentioned they will be giving the **% value of that bill (which the insurance company will provide to them), to which I gave a counter offer (current market price of the TV + the rent I paid for + the delivery changes of the stuff except the TV). They haven't gotten back to me post that.
This has been dragged for too long, they had informed me about the loosing my TV on **th Dec and today is **th Dec.

FYI, all the conversions have been recorded in an email thread and can be reproduced if required.
