I spent Rs. *.* lakhs for a timeshare with Dove Vacations when they came to Goa and promised a lot of complimentary stays in Dubai and promised a dedicated help desk. They stopped responding to my messages or calls as well. Praveen Tonge, the MD of the company also does not respond to messages and ignores even if you ask for a refund, nor does he provide a solution.

There was a disagreement between presentations and services offered. So we cancelled and asked for refund. They are not ready to process the refund
