I have Vodafone SIM and we are using it last * year. Last * weeks I am unable to make calls. When we launch a complain in customer care they says we have negative balance that's why we are unable to make calls. I said its a prepaid SIM then how its possible for negative balance? They are unable to provide us usage details also ? but stop my outgoing services.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
