I AM JOSEPH PROPRIETOR OF GM SOLUTIONS. I WAS INITIATE STOP ECS IN **.**.****. THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SAYS AFTER TWO MONTHS YOUR ECS WILL STOPPED. BUT I CALL RIGHT NOW. THEY SAYS AGAIN * MONTHS ECS WILL TAKE . THIS IS VERY FRAUD AND UNLAWFUL ACTIVTIES. THIS IS AGAINST CONSUMER PROTECT ACT. EVERY CONCERN HAVING RIGHTS TO STOP CONTRACT UNDER INDIAN CONTRACT ACT. BUT JUST DIAL PLAN TO ROBBERY FROM CUSTOMERS. PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AND RESCUE CUSTOMERS FROM THE COMPANY. I AM GOING TO FILE THE CONSUMER CASE ALSO. IF ANY CLARIFICATION CONTACT ME **********
