Professtional courier - Stolen the silver ring

The parcel was delayed for * week and I received the empty cover. They should send this kind on priority (got to know after enquiry). It was not informed us that we are not supposed to send the silver ring through courier and when I received the empty cover no one is ready to take it to blame and leave about the refund on top of that they are blaming us that we haven't put the ring. Please do the needful asap.
