Xpressbess - Stolen items from shipment

Hello

I m doing my business from past * years. I haven’t seen such a case a person from your company have stolen items from * different shipments.

I was using bluedart since very long but there was some manpower issue then i thought to shift towards Xpressbess and then i gave my parcels of * days **th n **th june to Xpressbess on **th i got to know that one of shipment item has been stolen i was that time i thought that’s normal in a month one ship extra can be stolen and will get the refund but on next day another , same following * shipments got stolen then i looked in to the models all were different models then i thought how can that be possible that the thief knows whats inside and which model then i saw The pickup boy phone no was saved in WhatsApp and he used to regularly view my products and similar on that he didn’t scanned * parcels on that i have recording also the i called he said it will done by night same he has stolen in between that time.

So i m providing you the pictures what i sent and what my customer received.

The *rd video i have shared i an RTO which customer refused due to tempered shipment
The parcel i revived was empty.

This is a return case my customer has returned the parcel but the pickup boy didn’t packed in front of him so he took the main thing and put the box in the packet and processed the customer return.

I will file an ONLINE FIR AGAINST EXPRESS BESS AND THIS PICKUP BOY
