Pamper at home - stole money

I booked a service from this company- PAMPER AT HOME for nanoplastia (hair service) and root touch up. Asked them before hand if nanoplastia would change my hair color. They said no, it won't.. so believing them, i got this service done. And the results were complete opposite!! My hair were ruined. It changed my hair color to copper blonde! I called them, they said they need ** hrs to resolve this.. after **hrs they stopped answering my calls/msgs & blocked me! Apart from this, they sent a boy for doing the services even after informing that i need a girl as i would be alone at home. Later, while the service was going on, the boy was repeatedly asking me to put a * star rating with a nice review for the company. Even before the service was done! The company also called multiple times & asked to do so. This is how they gain reviews & ratings! Now they are not even listening!
