Sterling Holidays - Sterling Membership Sold to us by making fake promises

We have attended a promotional meeting of sterling holiday’s membership. In the meeting Mr. Pratik Kulkarni, Ahmedabad has offered us sterling holiday ** year membership (vantage plan).
He promised us various scheme benefits, based on which we agreed to buy the membership and made the down payment of *****/ (online payment ref. no. : ********).
While taking the down payment (DP), Mr. Pratik has assured us to give every benefits and eligibility in written form. Upon enquiring about the scheme documents, he could not give us any authentic documents. Also the offered membership on sterling website has entirely different membership benefits/ TnC than what Mr. Pratik has promised us.
We have written multiple mails for cancellation of our membership and full refund of the down payment, which is also not acknowledged by sterling holidays customer care and sterling holiday concerned staff.
