Indiapost - Status shown as delivered but parcel not received

My speedpost article tracking number EQ*********IN is showing status as delivered. However i have not received my parcel. This is infact not a new thing. Post man in my area always does that to save his work load and inturn misplaces many parcels. I wrote a complaint last time at indiapost portal but no action was taken.
