I ordered a Lenovo laptop on ** May ****.Tried many times to contact the customer care support team regarding my product.we are even ready to cancel the item ,if they can't deliver it on time ,as this item is urgently required.No response.only virtual assistance is there which acts like robot.Tired with such pathetic service
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
