Stashfin - Stashfin is a fraud

Stashfin is a clear fraud...they keep on harrasing me calling me *** in a day...also they use abusive language, rude behavior etc
I had a stashfin credit card with a limit of *****...out of that i'v used only **,*** and for **k I have paid *,**,*** as of now...
They keep on telling me that I still owe **k to them..I have got all the proofs in which I have requested for cancellation of direct debit (so that there will be no overdue charges), req for payment extension bt nobody ever replied for my concern....for *,*** principal amount emi they make is it ***** incluidng over due fee for *****+ late fee for **** n so on...I wish to go with the leegal procedure....
