Stanza Living Tel Aviv - Stanza Living not Refunded my Security Deposit

My security money is not refunded even after ** days which is a timeline that Stanza Living mentions over the app. I have raised a ticket to which no one is replying to and addressing anymore. I contacted the customer service, they are listening to my issue and saying they have forwarded my issue and someone will look into it and get back to me but no one gets back to me. I'm not sure if Stanza will be refunding my money or not.
