Smokehouse Co - Stale items delivered

I ordered a carton of Dunhill Switch from Smokehouse Co. & the order was delivered in * days, I made the payment to the delivery person via Gpay of amount Rs ****.
Upon opening the box, I discovered that all the items were stale and not usable. There is no way to contact this company as their one number is switched off and one number no one answers. I have written them an email however no response.
