Priyanka Mahesh filed complaint against Zomato infinity dining experience on Aug 10, 2019
We had gone for infinity dining experience at Capri Gastrobar in Bangalore through zomato. We had booked for * non veg and * veg coupon. The food that was served was so stale that we got food poisoning the next day. One week back when we had gone they had given excellent food and non alcoholic beverages were also Included in the package,but yesterday they didn't give us any non alcoholic drinks and the food tasted so stale. It felt like they were adding something to make you full faster which made us feel bloated. We stopped the service in first ** minutes and returned every item we ordered. We even called the management and they are like this is an initiative by zomato so we cant give you a refund . I raised the concern with zomato and they are like sorry we can't give you refund coz this is under the descretion of the hotel management!
Both parties are blaming each other and we had to pay **** for food poisoning

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
