Swiggy And Adyar Ananda Bhavan - Stale food sent and refund denied

We had ordered dinner for * of us bcz two of us in the family were sick. I ordered a veg kadhai so that it'd be good and light along with idiyappam and paneer dosa. Other dishes were good as usual, but Veg Kadhai gravy was smelling sour and tasting very different. We were very doubtful, the more we ate we could feel the food being old and has been managed by adding a lot of lemon juice to make it difficult to find out. When reached out to Swiggy within minutes,they said wait until we revert back, next day they denied refund. I contacted customer service support twice on Swiggy and was denied refund. Solid ***rs fully into the dustbin. I have the video of me throwing the whole thing into the bin, I'm not a fool to do that after paying so much if it was good.
