Swiggy Ltd - Stale Expire items delivered

Hello Sir/Madam,

Swiggy delivered an Order number:***************.

The delivered item is stale and unfit for consumption and bad in quality. The item ordered was a sweet item but the delivered item was sour in taste and smelling bad.

We are requesting them to take back their bad quality stale and expired quality good and return the money.

But they are not doing so and forcing me as a customer to accept those bad quality goods and not willing to return my full order amount.

Would humbly urge @support & @helpdesk-foscos@fssai.gov.in to try and take a look at the issue at hand and to help protect a small aggrieved customer who is nowhere to go and is getting bullied by big companies like swiggy and dadu.
Inspite of swiggy and dadu at fault they are asking the customer to settle without offering a complete refund amount.

As per the law of the land and fssai guidelines : "A customer has the right to safe, quality goods under Indian law. Delivering expired or stale food is illegal and a clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. Swiggy and its restaurant partners are jointly responsible for product quality and consumer safety."

Please try and take a look at it and help to return the bad quality goods and get my money back.

Would be looking forward to a favorable response and acceptable resolution of this matter.
