Mahamana madan mohan malviya cancer centre - Staff behaviour delay in the process

Hi sir,
I am raising this complaint against Pandit mahamana madan mohan malviya cancer centre. I visited to the hospital for the treatment of my mother gall bladder cancer. The process of the hospital is very worst. The patient will die by following the process of the hospital. Very poor, very dirty system.
CT scan of my mother done on **/**/**** - Doctor appointment given to me on **-**-****, i reached at the centre at *:** AM. I dod not got my CT report, whole day, after * week, no CT report is available. Patient condition is very poor. I waited whole day at the hospital with my sister, with my Mother. No one there for any help. The day passed.
The behaviour of staff is unbearable. No one talked politely. Everyone is in trouble with their patient but staff behaviour is always unbearable.

Please look into it and improve the condition of the hospital and scold the bad behaviour staff.
