Stabilizer - Stabiliser not replaced

I purchased stabilizer for AC. The stabilizer was out of order within * week of purchase but not replaced till date. Already * days passed by Jain Enterprises-Rayagada, **********. Without AC it is too much difficult for my family along with newly born baby to sleep at night. Mr Jain is giving us excuses every day about repair or replaces of the same. Please help as already * days passed by till date not repaired or not replaced.
