St courier madurai - ST Courier Package missing

A *.*kg parcel has been sent to me from ST courier Thirumangalam, Madurai on Jan *th **** but still it's now delivered to me. The tracking shows its been forwarded to Bangalore hub from Madurai hub but there are no further updates. When checked with the Bangalore ST courier headquarters, they say they did not receive the parcel. When contacted to Madurai hub I did not get a responsible answer. I don't know where my ****rs worth parcel is.
