I took a haircut this afternoon. The person chopped off more than */*rd of my hair, even though I had told him categorically not to reduce the length. In addition, he used cold water to wash the hair and despite repeated request to use luke warm water did not comply. During and after washing the hair, he kept on twisting my hair with full force and whan i asked him to go easy, he said he was only checking if I have hair fall problem. I have been a loyal Javed Habib customer, but this experience left me in tears. I will have to wait for my hair to grow back, and I am sure it will, I don't want anyone else to have this experience and request that that person should be sacked from his job. I was so crest fallen by the time I left the saloon that I did not even ask for his name , but it appears that he is the only person who cuts hair in the shop. Rest are his helpers
