SportsFit by MS DHONI - Sports Fit did not refund fees

I went to a SportsFit indirapuram branch to buy gym membership. They told me the fees is refundable if you give us a valid reason at the time of purchase. as ive told them i need to vacant my current flat as was living near to the gym. After * days i had to shift to a far location as i couldnt find a suitable flat for me near to gym which suits for my pocket. So i asked them to refund as will not be able to join and i paid the amount through credit card . I had to bear the credit card expense as well . I want my amount to be refunded with extra taxes which i've paid .
