I purchased * packets of * liter of Amul Gold Full Cream Milk from Rajesh Departmental Store, Janakpuri, Delhi on **st July ****, and upon opening it, I discovered that the milk was curdled/spoiled. It had a foul smell and lumpy texture, clearly indicating it was not fit for consumption.
The packet was stored properly and was well within its expiry date, so this points to a product quality issue. This has caused inconvenience and raises serious concerns regarding food safety.
I kindly request an immediate refund for the spoiled product. Below are the details for your reference:
