mg automobile company - Spoiled car

Today we got MG ZS EV delivered at our home. We were very happy to receive it. However, when we looked at the car from inside, it gave us clear understanding that Concept Motorcar Ahmedabad, has given us a used / broken car.

Here are the issues I can share with you:
- Infotainment system is broken from side (photo attached).
- Inside hood has finger print marks on it (photo attached).
- Car was completely dirty from inside, doesn’t feel like a new car at all.
- Scratches on the infotainment system (see photo).
- Not brand new keys, so many scratches on both the keys (see photo).
- All the protection plastic sheets were not there accept odometer.
- Seats were dirty and dusty (see photo).

We denied to take the car. However, we were pushed to take it as they said, they cannt take it back.

This is completely not acceptable and its clear cheating with the customer.

We need replacement of the car as this is not acceptable; I am sure it is the same care with anyone.
