> INSTALLATION REQUEST #RNP************ ATTENDED BY CONMAN TECHNICIAN AFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF FOLLOW-UP. INTENTIONALLY LEAKED GAS AND OFFERED TO FILL UP IN PRIVATE NEXT DAY CHEAPLY. DID A SHODDY JOB WITH INSTALLATION. DID NOT USE NUT WASHERS AND CUSTOMER COPPER PIPE PIECES AS ASKED. DID NOT HAVE FULL EQUIPMENT AT ALL LIKE TAPE, DRAIN PIPE ETC. WAS ON PERSONAL PHONE CALL THROUGHOUT. OVERALL DID A PISS POOR JOB FOR SOMEONE SENT BY LG AUHORIZED SERVICE CENTER (ASC) JALANDHAR.

> OVERBILLED AND OVERCHARGED BY AT LEAST INR *** AND WHEN CONFRONTED PROVIDED A BILL WITHOUT BREAK UP AFTER SEVERAL DAYS. DELIBERATELY CAUSED LOSSES DUE TO GAS LEAKAGE, PISS POOR INSTALLATION AND FAKE HIDDEN CHARGES IN AMBIGUOUS BILL RECEIPT.

> ASC IN-CHARGE AND STAFF ARE CHEATS AND CONMEN OF HIGHEST DEGREE. THEY DELIBERATELY IGNORE TEXTS AND WHATSAPP MESSAGES THROUGHOUT THE DAY. DELIBERATELY USE ANDROID SOFTWARE TO SHOW PHONE AS BUSY TO INCOMING CALLS FROM IRATE PAYING CUSTOMERS.

> AFTER INSTALLATION, BREAKDOWN REQUEST #RNP************ WAS RAISED AND NO ONE SHOWED UP AFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF FOLLOW-UP. HAD TO SPEND SEVERAL DAYS IN HORRIBLE SUMMER WITHOUT COOLING. FIRST TECHNICIAN DID NOT DO DEEP DIVE AND SIMPLY LEFT AFTER STATING LOW COOLING WAS DUE LOW GAS REFRIGERANT DESPITE OBJECTIONS THAT NITROGEN GAS LEAK TEST AND FULL GAS RECHARGE WAS DONE FEW DAYS BACK FROM COMPETENT THIRD PARTY (*P). TECHNICIAN GOT INTO A FIGHT WITH FAMILY WELL WISHER WHEN HE INSISTED THAT HE DO A PROPER CHECK-UP OF AC (VIDEO PROOF ATTACHED).

> AFTER ALL THIS DRAMA AND SEVERAL MORE DAYS IN HORRIBLE SUMMER WITHOUT COOLING, NEW TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP. HE TOO WAS LAX AND DID NOT DO DEEP DIVE AS HE WANTED TO LEAVE QUICKLY. LEAKED GAS AGAIN AND DID FULL GAS RECHARGE AGAIN AFTER STATING LOW COOLING WAS DUE TO CONDENSER LEAK DESPITE OBJECTIONS THAT NITROGEN GAS LEAK TEST WAS DONE FEW DAYS BACK. COOLING WAS NOT RESTORED AGAIN DESPITE FULL GAS RECHARGE. WHEN CONFRONTED WHY NO COOLING AFTER RECHARGE AS PER HIS CLAIMS OF GAS LEAK, HE STARTED FIDDLING WITH OUTDOOR UNIT (ODU) AND SECRETLY REMOVED DISCHARGE SENSOR FROM ITS PLACE. AFTER USING SEVERAL HACKS AND TRICKS HE MANUALLY INCREASED ODU FAN SPEED AND DECLARED SUCCESS DESPITE OBJECTIONS THAT THERE WAS STILL POOR COOLING COMPARED TO WHEN THE AC USED TO WORK PERFECTLY. HE LEFT HASTILY AS HE WAS CLUELESS DESPITE US ASKING TO TAKE SOME TIME TO DIAGNOSE AC PROPERLY.

> NEXT DAY SERVICE CENTER INCHARGE REFUSED TO DO DEEP INSPECTION VISIT AND DIAGNOSIS AGAIN INCLUDING STEPS LIKE AC FLUSHING ETC TO FIX AC. INSTEAD HE DECIDED TO MINT MONEY BY STATING THAT CONDENSER COIL WAS CHOKED AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT FOR INR **K. NOTE THAT A DAY EARLIER HIS TECHNICIAN WAS CONFIDENT IT WAS A LEAK AND NOT A CHOKE. THESE STAFF ARE RUDE, HAUGHTY AND FULL OF THEMSELVES. THEY REFUSE TO DIAGNOSE PROPERLY AND CHEAPLY AND INSTEAD WANT TO JACK UP COSTS ALL THE TIME. THEY DONT SHOW UP FOR DAYS AND REFUSE TO CONSIDER OTHER PRIVATE TECHNICIAN TESTS WHO WERE CALLED AS THEY WERE AWOL IN THE FIRST PLACE. ALL THESE SHENANIGANS WHEN IT IS A LOYAL PAYING LG CUSTOMER.

> THESE GUYS DONT DO A LEAK TEST WHEN THEY CLAIM IT IS A LEAK. THEY DONT VACUUM AC WHEN THEY DO A GAS RECHARGE. THEY DONT EXHAUST ALL OPTIONS TO REPAIR AND JUMP STRAIGHT TO EXPENSIVE REPLACEMENTS. THEY SKIP MANDATORY STEPS INCLUDED IN FEES AND LOOK FOR HACKS ALL THE TIME. MANAGEMENT STAFF ARE WORST JOKERS AND LESS SAID THE BETTER. MANAGERS ACT LIKE COMPANY OWNERS AND NOT LIKE LG EMPLOYEES.
