Bombay mistan bandar - Spillage of items

I ordered Pani Puri kachori nd a lassi bt the whole items was damaged lassi is badly damaged and Pani Puri is broken I called the restaurant nd they're like we dnt knw abt tht what the hell is going on nd what's wrong wid swiggy they can't help me abt this no customer service no assistance is assigned for the issue I just want to replace or refund my order nd this is abt the * or * times I had faced the same problem bt swiggy didn't do anything abt it .I'm done wid swiggy now I'm not gonna used it again wasteful app.
