shivam filed complaint against Ola Cab Ola Money on May 9, 2022
booked ola cab for *** rupess, * hr rental service but got dropped in ** mins for *km and ola charged *** from ola money postpaid amount. Current date amount is approx ***(pending + late payment charge) including one more ride previously of ** rupees. they are keep increasing the money and torturing from different numbers every day on my whatsapp and through call. No help from their end inspite of mulitple time explanation of the same issue. I am mentally exhausted now. Want to pull this in court with legal notice.
Had connected with them in twitter but as per the twitter team of ola support the issue can be resolved only in ** hrs after that they don't have the data with them. Me as a customer don't know and in app and website no where is mentioned about this. Please help me to take this forward against ola.
With this fraud case i am not sure about millions of people getting cheated by ola on daily basis without any hearing or case from there side.
