Post Master General Gaya Post Office - Speed Post parcel not delivered

Complaint regarding non-delivery of Speed Post Parcel EM*********IN and claim for damages:-
On **th October ****, "Sanjeevan Perfect Eyesight Hospital", Chembur, Mumbai sent a Speed Post parcel (EM*********IN) containing essential medicines to my son, Sri R. Krishankumar, Assistant Professor at IIM, Bodh Gaya, Bihar (PIN Code: ******). The parcel was sent via Speed Post Tappal, and as per the tracking information, it reached Nagpur Post Office on **th October ****. However, there has been no further update on the tracking status, and the parcel has not been delivered to the addressee.

Despite waiting for ** days, the parcel has not reached its destination, causing immense mental agony and inconvenience to both the sender and the addressee. The beneficiary, Sri R. Krishankumar, is facing severe problems due to the non-receipt of essential medicines.

I request you to investigate this matter urgently and take necessary action against the responsible officials. I also claim damages of Rs.**,***/- (Rupees Fifty thousands only) for the Postal Department's poor service, which has caused significant hardship and distress to the addressee and the sender.

I request you to provide a response regarding the actions taken to resolve this issue and deliver the parcel at the earliest.
