*. I booked an international Speed Post article on **st July **** destined for Turkey. Just after reaching Ghaziabad, it has stopped showing any further tracking information. (Just showing in transit to Ghaziabad RMS TMO)
*. I have called customer service many times and I have email almost every senior executive Plus lodged complaint on the portal but no update in tracking.
*. Now it has been ** days. That parcel was to be delivered urgently. Even after numerous emails to every officer and customer care, there is no update on my parcel.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

My shipment has been not delivered from last ** days and India post is sending to the wrong post office location and doesn't even care to answer my queries. I am feeling completely hopeless. Pls help
