DRIZZLE TECHNOLOGIES - SPEED NOT PROVIDED AS PROMISSED

Greetings. This is Maria Jasmine Priya from Pondicherry.I am working in Rapidcare Technologies at Pondicherry. Due to COVID ** I have been asked to do work from home. Hence, I have purchased the Cable Internet connection thru Drizzle Technologies located at villiyanur - Pondicherry. At the time of purchase they promissed to give ** Mbbs. But,From the first day itself I have faced slow & unstable connection and the speed lost even to ** Mbbs. Even after repeated reminders they informed that their server is working fine. I have even checked the status with my office IT team and they informed me that the platform is good and ask me to check with Internet Provider. I suspect that the Drizzle Technologies our Internet provider has cheating us . Kindly request your intervene to support in this regard please. This work is the base of me and my family.
